Shipping Information

We create each gift set to order to make sure it's perfect, so please allow up to 3 business days (excluding holidays) for your order to be processed and created (though it's likely we will get it out sooner, because we love making our gifts!). All gift sets and products ship via USPS Priority Mail or USPS Mail Express (overnight) depending on the Buyer’s shipping preference. Our shipping rates are calculated by USPS based on weight, dimension, and destination plus a $2 handling fee.

Our products are made with love in Minneapolis. If you’re local consider saving on shipping and picking up your order. Choose “Local Pickup” at checkout and email orders@muchlovegifts.com to arrange date and time for picking up your order.

Returns and Refunds

Ordered a box but had a change of heart before gifting it? That’s ok! Send back your unopened gift box within 14 days of purchase for a full refund (minus the cost of shipping and handling). Buyer is responsible for shipping costs back to us. A refund will be issued on receipt of the package provided it is in good condition. Contact us at orders@muchlovegifts.com for return information. 

Did you make a mistake with the shipping address? If you realize you've indicated the wrong address to send the package, email orders@muchlovegifts.com with the order number and updated address as soon as possible. We can update the shipping address when creating the shipping label. If the package has already shipped with the address provided, and that package was noted as delivered the Buyer will need to order a new package for shipment; sorry, we won’t replace a package shipped and delivered to an incorrect address. If a package is shipped to the address provided by the Buyer and returned to our shop due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the Buyer will be responsible for the cost to reship the package.

Where is my package? A tracking number is provided for each shipment and can be found on the shipping notification email. If you can’t find your number reach out and we will be happy to send it to you. After your package leaves our shop any delays are with the USPS. We'd be happy to help track your package but can't control when it may arrive, especially during peak shipping seasons. If a package is marked as delivered to the address requested but you have not seen the package please contact your local postal office for information. Sorry, we will not replace packages lost in shipment or after they have been delivered.

Did your gift box arrive damaged? Yikes! Sorry about that. Send photos of the damage to orders@muchlovegifts.com  and we will send you a replacement immediately. If you’d prefer a refund, send back the damaged box within 30 days of purchase and we will issue a full refund (minus the cost of shipping and handling).
